AHA18 Late Breaking Sessions
For the first time, the AHA annual meeting will include a set of late-breaking sessions, submitted shortly before the meeting, to allow historians to respond to current events or recent controversies within the discipline. Encompassing a wide range of perspectives, these panels show the relevance of history and historical thinking to public culture and policy. AHA Today will take a closer look at the timeliness of these sessions; watch for that post in the coming weeks. In the meantime, add late-breaking sessions to your meeting agenda via our Late-Breaking Sessions schedule track in the AHA18 app.
We will be accepting late-breaking proposals for the 2019 meeting. Details and updates on the submission process will be posted in the fall of 2018.
