| May | The Program Committee notifies session organizers of their decision. |

| Summer | Program participants will receive an email with the date, time, and hotel assignment of their session, as well as a proof of the session as it will appear in the printed program. |

| September 15 | Preregistration opens. Everyone on the program must register for the meeting. |
| September 15 | Housing opens. |
| September 30 | Deadline to submit membership dues and address changes in order to receive the program in the mail. |
October |

| Early October | Call for Proposals for the 2026 annual meeting published. |
November |

| November 1 | Program mailed to members. |
| Early November | Grant application period closes. |
| Mid-November | Deadline to submit proposals for late-breaking sessions. |
December |
|
| Mid-December | Last day to make hotel reservations through the housing service. Subsequent reservations taken on a space-available basis at the convention rate. |
| December 15 | Last day for preregistration pricing. |
| December 15 | Deadline to submit registration refund requests. |
January 2025 |

| Friday, January 3 | 2025 annual meeting opens at 11:00 a.m. at the New York Hilton Midtown. |
