The Virginia Dale Community Club will have their annual Open House & Craft Show on Saturday, June 9, 2016, from 9:00 - 4 p.m., at the Historic 1862 Virginia Dale Overland Stage Station.  Local artisans will show and sell their creations.  Raffle tickets will be sold for a beautiful queen quilt for $1 or 6 for $5.  Raffle tickets for an engraved Henry Rifl will be sold for $2.  Lunch will be available for purchase from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Our general store will be selling merchandise and books.  At 1:00 p.m. we will have an appreciation ceremony celebrating the completion of a major restoration project on the Stage Station which will help preserve this historical building for future generations.  There will be games and much more.  Admission is free, but donations of canned food, winter hats, or gloves for Harvest Farm in Wellington would be appreciated.
