Registration and Housing for Exhibitors
Registration and housing open on September 23 at noon. Main exhibit contacts will receive an email with instructions as to how to register booth personnel. Registration confirmation emails will contain information for booking housing.

Process and Payment
Once you access the booth request form, you will be asked to
provide information regarding your booth selection
verify your contact information
pay your deposit
You may pay a 50% booth deposit or the full amount. We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa. If you are paying by check, your check must be received within 10 business days of the booth request submission. The final step of the process will be the confirmation page. You may print this final page for your records. An automated confirmation e-mail will be sent at this time. Once your booth(s) has been assigned, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of your booth location.
