Career Diversity Pilot Programs

The AHA-Mellon Career Diversity for Historians initiative funded a suite of national activities implemented by the Association in concert with pilot programs at four universities. These programs demonstrated how a graduate program in history can serve all doctoral students, not just those on the path to tenure-track jobs at research universities.
