This annual award is given for a book published within the 2014 calendar year that discusses issues of theatre architecture, the preservation/adaptive reuse of historic theatre buildings and the physically experiential nature of theatre attendance. 

The award will be announced in June of 2015 at the Theatre Historical Society of America's annual member meeting in Richmond, VA.
