Tasveer Ghar is a virtual space for collecting, digitizing, and documenting various materials produced by South Asia's popular visual sphere including posters, calendar art, pilgrimage maps and paraphernalia, cinema hoardings, advertisements, and other forms of street and bazaar art. It offers primary source material and critical essays on various themes pertaining to mass produced popular art and visual culture that can be of use in the classroom and for student research.
