Pillarisetti Sudhir was responsible for the editing, design, and layout of Perspectives on History. He also edited Perspectives on History Online. Sudhir received his PhD in South Asian history from the University of London and has taught in universities in India before moving to the United States. Before joining the AHA in May 1996, he was a technical editor with Reed Technology and Information Services and taught (as an adjunct teacher) South Asian history at George Mason University and the State Department’s Foreign Service Institute. Sudhir is interested in cultural history as well as computers, and coedited Interrogating Modernity: Culture and Colonialism in India (Calcutta: Seagull, 1993).
