The 19th annual meeting was held on December 29–31 at the Cabildo and Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. AHA President Henry Charles Lea (University of Pennsylvania) gave the presidential address, “Ethical Values in History,” at the joint meeting with the American Economic Association on Tuesday, December 29.
