Jim Grossman, AHA executive director, will speak on “Inclusion in Public Spaces” at a presidential panel at the American Society for Public Administration’s annual conference on March 11, 2018. He will join other scholars to discuss how administrators can respond to historic racism at public sites. The ASPA annual conference is the leading venue for practitioners, scholars, and students of public administration to advance their discipline. Grossman’s contributions to this panel will draw on the AHA’s Statement on Confederate Monuments, issued in August 2017.
