The AHA can provide a letter or certificate confirming participation and attendance in the annual meeting, for example, for applications for visas, university reimbursement, or professional development credit.
Meeting attendees who need a letter or certificate from the AHA for any reason should complete this form. A letter on AHA letterhead will be sent to the submitter as soon as it is available.
International participants whose sessions have been accepted are encouraged to request a letter for the upcoming meeting as early as practical.
