Event Description
What is the value of an introductory college course in history? How do we improve student success in these foundational courses? Drawing on data and insights developed through the AHA’s History Gateways initiative, this hour-long session addressed the challenges students experience in intro courses, and how faculty can design courses to more effectively train students in the core elements of historical thinking.
