AHA-NEH Grants to Sustain and Advance the Work of Historical Organizations
Supporting Small History-Related Organizations
From the spring of 2022 through the fall of 2023, the AHA’s Grants to Sustain and Advance the Work of Historical Organizations provided $2.5 million to support 50 small history-related organizations adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. These grants, ranging from $12,000 to $75,000, funded short-term projects that explored new ideas or built on experiments initiated during the pandemic.
