Speaker Resources

Information for Speakers
Presentations at the annual meeting come in many different forms. Here's some helpful advice and information for speakers.
Guidelines for Chairs
Session chairs are responsible for introducing speakers, contextualizing their remarks, keeping track of time, and facilitating discussion. To help you chair a seemless session, we've written a special guide with tips on preparing your own comments and questions, suggestions for keeping speakers within the designated time limits, and other details.
Making a Presentation Accessible
Annual meeting speakers should be aware of the need to engage the attention of listeners, including those with disabilities. In the spirit of creative and continued dialogue, and in the hope of making the sessions more accessible to all, we offer some suggestions.
