Josh Ashenmiller is a professor of history at Fullerton College in Fullerton, California. He has served on the faculty senate, the accreditation self-study committee, and the program review committee. As history department coordinator he oversaw the introduction of student learning outcomes and assessment in his department. He continues to work with his colleagues on tuning the program of study in history. His research examines the origins and implementation of national environmental protection statutes in the United States during the 1960s and 1970s.
