Calisphere provides free access to unique and historically important artifacts for research, teaching, and exploration. The site features more than one million photographs, documents, letters, artwork, diaries, oral histories, films, advertisements, and musical recordings that are about or located in California. The site features 75 exhibitions and a searchable database of collections.
