AHA Educational Affairs Associate, 2019–26

Rachel Wheatley was the educational affairs associate at the AHA from 2019–26 and the assistant director of the National History Center from 2019–22. In her program assistant role, she provided support for initiatives focused on history education. Rachel graduated from Georgetown University with an MA in Global, International, and Comparative History. Her research interests are 19th-century American politics and the Civil War era.
