The 76th annual meeting was held on December 28–30 at the Sheraton-Park Hotel and the Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. AHA President Samuel Flagg Bemis (Yale University) gave the presidential address, “American Foreign Policy and the Blessings of Liberty,” at the Annual Dinner on Friday, December 29.
