AHA Council member Pragya Kaul Guido (Univ. of Michigan) has been selected as a speaker for the Leo Baeck Institute’s 2026 Lecture Series. The series brings together leading historians and researchers to explore how Germany’s turbulent past continues to influence its identity, politics, and collective memory today. Kaul Guido’s event, “Europeans in the Raj: German Jews and the Government of India Act, 1935,” will take place December 3, 2026.
