AHA member Edward L. Ayers (Univ. of Richmond) has been selected as the 2025–26 Fritz and Claudine Kundrun Fellow at Robert H. Smith International Center for Jefferson Studies. As Monticello’s most prestigious fellowship, the nine-month Kundrun Fellowship enables fellows to devote their time to research and writing on topics directly related to Thomas Jefferson, his times, and legacy.
