AHA Member Awarded Society of American Archivists’ 2024 J. Franklin Jameson Archival Advocacy Award

Congratulations to AHA member Elaine Carey (Oakland Univ.), who has been awarded the Society of American Archivists’ 2024 J. Franklin Jameson Archival Advocacy Award. This award, presented annually, “honors an individual, institution, or organization that promotes greater public awareness, appreciation, or support of archival activities or programs.” Carey previously served as the vice president of the AHA’s Teaching Division.
