The Alliance for Learning in World History based at the University of Pittsburgh’s World History Center is sponsoring a virtual professional development workshop for teachers, "Teaching the Global African Diaspora," which will be held on June 30.  

Applications will be accepted until May 26th. All accepted participants will receive a $200 stipend. Last year’s attendees are more than welcome to apply again.

The keynote speakers are Prof. Audra Diptee (Carleton College), Prof. Yolanda Covington-Ward (U. Pittsburgh) and Prof. Mari Webel (U. Pittsburgh.) Read more about the program here and access the application link here.
