The AHA hosted an engaging and practical webinar focused on supporting first- and second-year students enrolled in introductory history courses. This session highlighted key aspects of student development and the transition into college-level learning, with an emphasis on evidence-based strategies that foster belonging and academic success. Participants left with actionable practices they could implement immediately to enhance student engagement and outcomes in their history classrooms.
