Michael I. Rostovtzeff Biography

Michael I. Rostovtzeff was professor of history at Yale University. This address was a summary of the corresponding chapter of his book on the Social and Economic History of Greece and the Hellenistic Monarchies after Alexander, which treats the subjects in greater detail and contains additional textual references.
