Today at the 122nd Annual Meeting of the American Historical Association we highlight the poster session, business meeting, and a variety of sessions held throughout the day.

Poster Session
Offered for the third time at the 2008 annual meeting, the poster session provides a two hour time period (2:30 to 4:30 p.m.) for meeting attendees to view historical research on display in the Omni’s Regency Ballroom. Nearly 30 presenters will be available for dialogue and engaging interaction.

Business Meeting
Held at 4:45 p.m. in the Marriott Ballroom 1, the AHA Business Meeting will feature reports from executive director Arnita Jones and AHR Editor Robert A. Schneider. The nominating committee and three division vice presidents will also report. It’s important to note that the changes to the AHA constitution will be discussed at this meeting.
