Every week, AHA Today showcases a new grant, fellowship, or scholarship of interest to historians which has been posted to our free Calendar. This week we are featuring the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library Fellowships.
The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library in Boston, MA invites applications for a number of research fellowships funded through the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation. Individuals who wish to conduct on-site research with the library’s archival holdings are encouraged to apply.
The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library, part of the National Archives and Records Administration, houses over 400 collections of government and institutional records, constituent mail, staff files, and personal papers, along with extensive audiovisual holdings. The collections document the life, career, and times of John F. Kennedy, as well as the work of the Kennedy administration and individuals and organizations that interacted with it.
The deadline for applications is August 20, 2018 and awards will be announced in November 2018. For detailed information regarding specific fellowships and the application process, please see our website.
