The Library of Congress offers the Swann Foundation Fellowship (up to $15,000 or smaller awards) for graduate students to pursue scholarly research in caricature and cartoon at the library. Although research must be in the field of caricature and cartoon, there is no limitation regarding the place or time period covered. The deadline for applications is this coming Tuesday, February 15, 2011. See the fellowship page for more information and instructions on how to apply.
