Grant of the Week: American Heritage Center Travel Grant

Zoë Jackson | Apr 12, 2019

Every week, Perspectives Daily showcases a new grant, fellowship, or scholarship of interest to historians which has been posted to our free Calendar. This week we are featuring the American Heritage Center Travel Grant.

The American Heritage Center at the University of Wyoming offers 10 annual travel grants to be used by scholars. Applications are welcome and will be considered for any topic within the holdings of the American Heritage Center (AHC). The Center’s online catalog and other resources describing our collections can be accessed here. The grant is for up to $750 to provide support for travel, food and lodging to carry out research using the AHC collections. The application itself can be found here and additional information about this and other grant programs is available here. The deadline to apply is April 15. Please direct questions to Ginny Kilander at ahcref@uwyo.edu.
