The Congress of the International Committee of Historical Sciences (CISH), which takes place every five years, is the largest world meeting of the international community of historians. It is an opportunity to present and discuss innovative themes with colleagues from around the world.

For the 22nd Congress, to be held in Jinan, China, the CISH particularly invites young historians, who can profitably present their research in an international arena and participate in over 70 panels.

For more information and to submit a proposal, visit www.cish.org/congres/appels-CfP.html.

Historians looking for additional information may contact Joel Harrington (joel.harrington@vanderbilt.edu), chair of the AHA’s Committee on International Historical Activities.
