Grant of the Week: Wentz Prize for Graduate Student Essay in the History of American Lutheranism

The $2500 Abdel Ross Wentz Prize is awarded for a a graduate student essay on the history of American Lutheranism. (A separate $2500 prize is award to a graduate student in a seminary or divinity school.) Essays based on original research on any aspect of American Lutheran history, or essays providing an interpretive survey and critique of published research are equally welcome.
