Grant of the Week: Binational Visiting Fellow Tandem Program in the History of Migration at GHI PRO

Alana Venable | Oct 15, 2021

Every week, Perspectives Daily showcases a new grant, fellowship, or scholarship that has been posted to our free community calendar. This week we are featuring a Call for Applications for the Visiting Tandem Program in the History of Migration at GHI PRO in Berkeley.

Criteria

The German Historical Institute (GHI) is seeking applications for a Binational Visiting Fellow Tandem. The fellowship offers Germany- and North America-based postdoctoral scholars the opportunity to develop a binational research tandem which links up two academics—one from Germany and one from North America—working on research in the field of history of migration and to be based together at the GHI's Pacific Regional Office at UC Berkeley.

For instructions on how to apply, please visit the call for applications on the GHI's website.

Amount

Funding will be provided for a 12-month stay (starting in Sept. 2022) at the GHI Pacific Regional Office / Institute for European Studies at UC Berkeley. The monthly stipend will be $4230 per month

End: November 1, 2021
