Thursday Overview — 128th Annual Meeting

Here are a few things going on today at the annual meeting:

Locations and Hours 

Below are the Thursday hours for various annual meeting areas. A complete overview of locations and hours for registration, the Job Center, and the Exhibit Hall can also be found online in the Supplement to the 128th Annual Meeting, which contains quite a few other helpful articles.

Registration

Location: Marriott Wardman Park, Washington Room 1, (Exhibit Level)

Thursday Hours: 12 p.m. –7 p.m.

Job Center

Location: Marriott Wardman Park, Exhibit Hall C, 12:30 p.m.–6 p.m.

Free Internet In the Hotels

The AHA is happy to offer free WiFi to annual meeting attendees. Starting mid-day on Thursday, January 2, attendees will be able to access WiFi in the lobby as well as meeting space at the Marriott Wardman Park, Omni Shoreham, and the Washington Hilton using the conference codes posted at each property.
