In addition to providing nine child-care grants, the AHA is pleased to have awarded 59 travel grants to assist graduate students in attending the recent AHA annual meeting in Denver, Colorado. With the newly established Jerry Bentley World History Travel Grants and the AHA Council Annual Meeting Travel Grants, half of the 117 applicants received $200–$400 each to use toward travel expenses. Recipients of the grants will submit reflections of their experiences at the annual meeting. A selection will be published on AHA Today.
