Preregister and make your hotel arrangements now for the 125th Annual Meeting to take advantage of lower rates. You must first preregister before you can book your hotel. See below for deadlines, hotel rates, and more information.

Hotels
The Boston Marriott Copley Place has sold out. The Sheraton Boston has 57 rooms remaining; the Westin Copley Place Boston has 101 rooms, and the Boston Park Plaza has 217 rooms. The Sheraton’s block closes to new reservations tomorrow, December 21st; the Westin and Park Plaza blocks close next Monday, December 27th. All reservation lists will be forwarded from the housing service to individual hotels on December 20th. Beginning December 21st, attendees can call their hotel to modify existing reservations.

Preregistration
Preregistration rates close this Wednesday, December 22nd at midnight; beginning on December 23rd and thereafter, higher onsite rates will be charged.
