After three years of Tuning we have learned a lot! . . . .How to describe what our students can do, how to talk to our friend and enemies about history, and why we need to learn to love assessment. As a satisfying way to end, extend, and spin out the project, we are looking for 85 new Tuners to join us for a fast and furious introduction and re-imagination of Tuning. Please apply and join us at the January AHA meeting in New York for an intensive workshop. Help us consider best practices in understanding and demonstrating what students can do and what professional historians value, work that really matters.
