The February 15 deadline for submitting session proposals for the 2015 annual meeting in New York is rapidly approaching. It is not too late to submit a proposal. Thinking about proposing a poster? The poster submission deadline has been extended to March 17, 2014.
February 15 falls on President’s Day weekend this year, so if you are planning to submit a session proposal it would be a good idea to log into the online submission system this week to allow time for us to answer any questions. Before starting to enter a proposal, session organizers should review the Call for Proposals and the Annual Meeting Guidelines. Confused? Answers for many common questions are posted here.
If you have already submitted a proposal, this is your last chance to log into the system to proof your work (an ID and password were emailed to you when you began the submission).
The proposal system will shut down automatically at 11:59 p.m. PST on February 15, 2014. (07:59 GMT, February 16, 2014).
The meeting will be held Friday, January 2 through Monday, January 5, 2015 in New York.
