Those submitting proposals for the 126th Annual Meeting in Chicago (January 5-8, 2012) may have encountered some issues today. Our proposal system contractor’s server went down at 2:30 p.m. Eastern time today and they are actively working to resolve this issue. They advise that submitters keep checking the site, and as soon as the system is back up and running you will be able to proceed with your proposal.  AHA staff are monitoring the situation.

Update: The proposal system is back online and ready for submissions.
