Ever read an article in an issue of Perspectives on Historyonline and wanted to pass it along to a friend or colleague? Well, now doing just that has gotten even easier. Every Perspectives on History article online now features two buttons on the left side of the page: “share” and “email”. The share button allows you to post directly to your Facebook wall, while the email button inserts text into an email (all you have to do is put an email address in the “To:” field).

Here are what the new buttons look like on the article pages online:

If you click on the “share” button and you are signed into Facebook, this window will come up:

If you’re not signed into Facebook, the window will prompt you to do so, as this screenshot shows:

So start sharing Perspectives on History articles today. And be sure to check out the AHA’s new Facebook page, whether you’re a member of Facebook or not.
