The deadline for submitting proposals for the 128th annual meeting in 2014 in Washington, D.C., is Friday, February 15. The online proposal system will automatically shut down at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. (Note that this is 8 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time.)
As long as the majority of your session proposal data has been entered by the midnight PST on the February 15 deadline, your chance of having your proposal accepted will not be affected if you experience technical difficulties. E-mail aha@confex.com for technical support.
