It is now possible to preregister for the AHA’s 122nd Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., taking place this coming January 3–6, 2008. Members should login to member services to take advantage of member discounts on meeting registration. Non-members can register through a link on the Annual Meeting registration page. Preregistration closes December 21, 2007. After December 21st slightly higher on-site registration rates are charged. So make sure you don’t miss this window of lower meeting registration rates.

Also available are special discounted rates for teachers who bring students to the Annual Meeting. Middle school and high school teachers can attend the meeting and bring up to five students for only $50. Undergraduate teachers can register themselves and up to five students for $100. These teacher/student rates are only available during preregistration.

Find more information on the 122nd Annual Meeting online, and check out the September Perspectives for articles on both this meeting and the next.
