2014 Annual Meeting in Washington, DC

Members can preregister by logging in and clicking the link to “Registration” under “2014 Annual Meeting.”

Nonmembers can join the AHA now to receive discounted preregistration member rates, or register for the meeting online by logging in as a nonmember and clicking the link to “Registration.” If you don’t have a nonmember account, create one and then log in to register for the meeting.

Housing
To book a standard room or suite, you must first register for the meeting. Once you’ve completed registration, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and providing directions to make a hotel reservation. Housing will also open on September 17. Check the Annual Meeting page or the link to housing in your registration confirmation e-mail for the most up-to-date housing information.

Students
Know a student who is registering for the annual meeting? The cost to become an AHA member and enjoy a discounted rate is comparable to registering for the conference as a nonmember. We encourage students attending the meeting to join the AHA before preregistering. They’ll receive both discounted registration pricing plus all the benefits of AHA membership, without additional cost.

Deadlines
Discounted preregistration rates last until December 20. On December 21, 2013, the cost of registration will switch to the higher onsite rates.

Program
Look for the annual meetingProgramonline at the end of this month. Members can expect to receive their print Program in the mail in November. Nonmember registrants will receive their copy of the Program at the meeting.
