Beginning today, you can now preregister and book hotels for the AHA’s 126th Annual Meeting in Chicago, January 5–8, 2012.
AHA members can preregister by logging in and clicking the link to “Registration.”
Nonmembers can join the AHA now to receive discounted preregistration member rates, or register for the meeting online by logging in as a nonmember and clicking the link to “Registration.” If you don’t have a nonmember account, create one and then log in to register for the meeting.
Students
The difference betweenstudent nonmember preregistration ($115) and student member preregistration ($75) for the annual meeting is the price of joining the AHA as a student. Therefore, consider joining the AHA before preregistering for the annual meeting, and you’ll receive both discounted registration pricing plus all the benefits of AHA membership.
Hotels
To book a hotel for the meeting, you must first register for the meeting. Once you’ve completed registration, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging you’ve registered and providing information on making a hotel reservation.
Deadlines
Discounted preregistration rates last until December 19. On December 20, 2011, the cost of registration will switch to the higher onsite rates.
