Call for Proposals: Name a Cocktail for the 2016 Annual Meeting!
Continuing a four-year AHA tradition, all three hotels at the Atlanta meeting will be offering signature historical cocktails at their bars. Please help us give these cocktails historically relevant names. Meeting location and general historical practices are always good points to start the brainstorm. Inspiration can be found in the winners from last year’s New York meeting: The Manhattan Project and the Return of Martini Guerre.
Submit suggestions for the Name that Cocktail competition in the Comments section on this post or on Facebook. You can also tweet your ideas using the hashtag #AHA16. We will aggregate the suggestions and open voting on December 14. We will relay the winning names to the hotel bars, who will craft customized cocktails for AHA16 attendees to enjoy.
And this year, we’re introducing a new feature of the contest… a prize! Submit a winning name, and enjoy a free cocktail on the AHA!
