The advertising deadline is nearing for the 2009 Annual Meeting Supplement. Ads are due October 31. The Supplement is mailed to the AHA’s members in December and handed out at the Annual Meeting bringing the circulation of this publication to over 18,000. Published as a supplement to the Annual Meeting Program, the Annual Meeting Supplement provides additional information about the host city and the meeting itself (for example, see the 2008 Supplement for Washington, D.C.). This is a great opportunity for exhibitors who may have missed their chance to advertise in the Annual Meeting Program. Departments or publishers wishing to get pertinent information out to those interested in the Annual Meeting should take advantage of this opportunity. Pricing and sizing can be found on the advertising page of the AHA web site. Submitting reservations for space and advertisements is made easy via the online submission form.
