Black Lives Matter in the Past and Present explores various types of primary sources for studying New Jersey African American history in the American Revolutionary War period. The author looks ahead to an inclusive 250th anniversary of American independence, and provides numerous links to repositories across New Jersey with documents, lesson plans, and teaching guides for K-12 learning.
