Katie Kaefer

Marketing Manager

Katie is the Marketing Manager for the AHA. Katie promotes the AHA’s programs, initiatives, activities, and publications while developing, implementing, and coordinating the Association’s marketing and branding strategies. Prior to joining the AHA she was the Journals Publicist at Duke University Press. Katie received a BA in History and English Literature from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2010 and an MA in American History and Digital History with a concentration in Women’s Studies from the University of Houston in 2012, where she studied women in the nineteenth-century South.
