The 2025 annual meeting will be held at the New York Hilton Midtown and the Sheraton New York Times Square on January 3–6, 2025 (Friday through Monday). Attendees must reserve a room through our housing service, Maritz Global Events, to take advantage of the AHA’s discounted hotel rates. Reservations can be made by internet or phone between September 15 and December 12, 2024.

Guests who reserve discounted rooms through the AHA housing service will not be charged a daily resort fee, urban destination fee, or energy surcharge, an additional savings of up to $40 per night.

All rates are subject to 14.75% plus $3.50 per night state and local hotel and occupancy tax. Rates are in effect three days before and after the meeting dates, based on availability at the time the reservation is made.

In-room WiFi is complimentary at both hotels.

At the Sheraton, children under 18 may stay for free in their parent or guardian's room using existing bedding.

Do not be misled by outside housing or travel agencies claiming to be the official housing provider for the upcoming AHA annual meeting. Only AHA’s official housing service, Maritz, can book rooms at the AHA’s discounted rate. Unfortunately, unscrupulous providers sometimes claim to provide housing for meetings and conventions when they are in no way affiliated with the sponsoring organization. This practice is a scam that attendees should be aware of in order to avoid passing on personal or financial information. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancelation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. ADA Access

Attendees requiring ADA accommodations should contact the housing bureau when it opens in the fall. The customer service team at Maritz will contact the hotel to determine availability of specific accommodations and contact you with a final confirmation.

Third-Party Billing

If a third party such as your employer will pay for your hotel room and you will not have a credit card with you at check in, contact the housing bureau to arrange billing.
