Stained glass windows are most commonly associated with the art of the Middle Ages and especially Gothic cathedrals. These glass panels from the Church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris were originally part of the two large windows depicting the martyrdom of Saint Vincent of Saragossa (d. 304) and the history of his relics.
