Georgian Papers Programme

The Georgian Papers Programme is a ten-year interdisciplinary project to digitize, conserve, catalogue, transcribe, interpret, and disseminate 425,000 pages or 65,000 items in London’s Royal Archives and Royal Library relating to the Georgian period, 1714–1837. While many materials surround the life and family of George III, other materials pertain to George I, II, IV and William IV and their households. The site also hosts virtual exhibits and scholarly videos.
