The Library of Congress welcomes members of the American Historical Association to an Open House on Saturday, January 9, 1999, 11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

  • Come visit the following reading rooms, which are normally closed on Saturdays.
  • Meet library information professionals, curators, and area studies specialists.
  • Receive current information on collections, services, and facilities.
  • See demonstrations of computer resources.
  • View displays of unique research materials.

No registration is required to visit the reading rooms, but there will be no service from these collections.
